Next Steps

Once the 3 rounds of design are complete, we request your approval on the designs. Once approval is given, our team prepares the file for print.

Design + Amends can take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on whether it is a Collection or Bespoke design.

We allow 2 additional rounds of amends for anything you’d like to change. This can include text, minor placement and colours.

Our favourite step - this is where the magic happens! We take your wording, preferences and design style, and create your stationery design, and send it over as Round 1 Designs.

We only ship with trusted carriers like UPS and DHL, who deliver your parcel tracked and in 1 working day.

Your designs are sent over to us, where Himi & Kushal personally check the final stationery, pack it and ship it out.

Print & Production takes 3 - 4 weeks to complete.

Our incredible print team starts producing your designs. This includes printing, finishes like foiling/embossed print, assembling and packing your invites. We do everything, so you can sit back and relax!

Yes.

We think it’s really important that you feel confident while placing an order. If you would like to see the quality of our product in person, you can order a sample pack for £9.50. The sample pack includes one complete invitation with an envelope, our foiling and paper samples, and a few assorted printed pieces. The design you will receive is dependent on availability. You can let us know which invite you’d prefer to see; however, we may not have it in stock, but will do our best to send you the invitation of your choice.


Do you offer samples?

If you and your fiancé are both using the same wording, we can count this as one order. If you both have the same elements (E.g. Pocket Fold Cover, Wedding and Reception Insert), but need different text (order of names, family names, etc) this will be priced as two different orders, as we will need to design and produce these separately, especially if they have finishes like gold foil which need a metal dye created for each design. 

My fiancé and I want the same design. Will this be priced as one big order?

There is a minimum order quantity of 50 invitations. For any order below this you will be charged a minimum price depending on the style, finishes and paper you would like.

Is there a minimum order quantity for invitation orders?

You can expect to receive your invitations between 5 and 7 weeks from the time of placing your order. You can view our estimate timelines here.

When should I place my order for wedding stationery?

For wedding invitations, we recommend ordering 10% extra invites than the number you have planned for to accommodate any last-minute guest additions or changes

How many extra invites should we order?

Once the Kiss-met team have done the final quality check, we ship your invites to you via a trusted courier partner. Invites are sent securely packaged, insured and are fully trackable. We can send you a tracking code so you can monitor your package up until delivery and can chose to change delivery days, locations or even collect from a local drop off point.

Delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks after the order goes to print. Once shipped, delivery should be next working day, Saturday deliveries are available as an optional extra.

How will my invites be delivered?

Yes. Absolutely, we can create your wedding or engagement invitations to be sent digitally and provide these in a high-resolution format.

Can you design digital invites?

We ask for a 50% deposit for all stationery and design work once the order is confirmed. This allows our fantastic design team to start working on your orders and secures our services.

We then take full remainder payments before printing commences. Due to the unique nature of each invite we cannot commence printing till full payment is made.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We will send you soft copy proofs of all elements of your stationery items via email. Only once you have checked these and signed confirmation that they are correct will we proceed with your order.

Can I see proofs before we go to print?

Depending on how busy we are, we can accommodate quicker turnaround printing for invitations, this is chargeable depending on the type of invitations and timelines involved. Please get in touch for more information.

Do you do Rush orders if I need my invites quickly?
